The optimal time to start working with Little Matters is during pregnancy, to help prepare you for your upcoming birth and beyond. We want to provide you with continuous support throughout your journey.

A space that provides continuity of care and familiarity is fundamental for success in the postnatal period.

 Virtual Clinic

In addition to our physical practice space, we offer a Virtual Clinic to make therapy and consults more accessible and flexible. If you dont feel up to leaving the house for any reason or if it is difficult to accommodate an in-person session, telehealth may be right for you.

All of our practitioners conduct consults via Zoom or by phone.

Grow Package

This antenatal education package includes three x 1 hour tailored sessions for your unique family situation. Sessions are conducted with both an NDC accredited Clinical Psychologist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Topics covered include:

  • Breastfeeding - How to prepare and manage breastfeeding from the moment of birth.

  • Sleep and settling - What to expect and strategies to implement in the early days.

  • Mood - Preparing emotionally for the postpartum with a focus on building connections with baby and each other.

These sessions are ideal for those in the mid - late stages of your pregnancy.

 
 
 

Held Package

This package includes the grow package (3 tailored antenatal sessions to be had in the later stages of pregnancy) and 2 follow-up sessions once baby has been born. These follow-up sessions include a birth debrief and the management of any technical or psychological difficulties that may arise in the early postpartum period.

This package is designed so that you feel well supported and held throughout your journey into parenthood. All sessions are conducted by NDC accredited Clinical Psychologist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
